Wasted Paris leaves the city behind for Autumn/Winter 26. 'OUTLAND', the Wasted's new AW26 collection, swaps concrete and skate spots for open, depopulated territory, abandoned houses, weathered walls and landscapes worn down by time. The World of 'OUTLAND'
Wasted Paris built the visual world of OUTLAND around depopulated America, the stripped-back mood of Gummo, the atmosphere of Briscoe Park, and the slow, stretched rhythm of Black Sabbath's Planet Caravan. It's a collection that reads as dark, misty and constantly tense: familiar, but a little unsettling.
OUTLAND picks up where Against Perfection, Wasted Paris's Summer 26 collection, left off, elongated proportions, relaxed volumes and deliberately worn garments which moves that vision into a new, wilder environment. Skate, punk and grunge stay at the core of the brand, but this season the utility outerwear, varsity jackets, bombers and heavy fleece pieces are pushed toward more radical treatments.
Erosion, Not Perfection
Every piece in OUTLAND is treated to look shaped by time rather than fresh off the rail. Expect deep stone washes, Boro-inspired patchwork effects, heavily distressed finishes, dusty camouflage and trompe-l'œil techniques that trick the eye into reading a garment as older, rougher and more lived-in than it is. The worn details and imperfections aren't flaws here, they're the point, and no two pieces wear in quite the same way.
